Training and retreat for IofC Africa bodies in Nigeria, 2016.

The African Coordination Group (ACG) hosted a 4day retreat/ training session of representatives of IofC Boards from twelve (12) African countries from 11 - 14 February, 2016. The occasion was inspired by the strategic framework arrived at during a consultation in Ethiopia in 2014 to encourage skills development in order to enhance the effectiveness of teams. It was also in response to needs expressed by teams in Africa, through a questionnaire sent out by the ACG in 2015.
