Joseph Karanja

Joseph was born in 1968 and went to school in his hometown in Kenya before proceeding to Bhopal University, India, in 1987. He graduated in Arts and Law and returned to Kenya in 1993. As well as being a Certified Public Secretary, he is currently practising law in Nairobi, having his own law firm and several associates working with him. He is very much involved in the Clean Kenya Campaign, "a massive effort aimed at curing the rot" in his country.

Jean Brown

Jean Brown is British born married to an Australian and with two adult children. Their home is in South Australia, though for much of the past 5 years they have been based at Asia Plateau, the IofC centre in Panchgani, India. Of her 42 years spent working in a full time capacity with Initiatives of Change, 11 have been in India and 5 in the USA.
