Who we are: Initiatives of Change (IofC) is a world-wide movement of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviour, starting with their own.

The visitors were welcomed at the Parliament of White Nile State with dancing by the Fellata community, who are of Nigerian Hausa origin

Purpose: We work to inspire, equip and connect people to address world needs, starting with themselves, in the areas of trustbuilding, ethical leadership and sustainable living.

Stories of change -Mumbi Wambugu, Kenya

Mumbi is IofC Kenya’s National Coordinator and a level 3 facilitator for Creators of Peace and has run and supported over 26 Peace Circles. Mumbi has trained CoP facilitators in Uganda (T.o.F), she is a facilitator of Kenya I Care project, has facilitated workshops with South Sudanese and Sudanese people living in Kenya, university students, secondary, primary schools, and youths.
