The third Eastern Africa Youth Forum will take place in Kigali, Rwanda as from 18-24 February, 2013 with the theme 'Moral values; key to a brighter future'. The forum, just like the previous ones will bring together young people (18-35 years) from nine countries of the Eastern Africa region, who are eager to bring change in their society.
