iListen, formally known as 'Quiet Time' in Initiatives of Change, is an open invitation for us all to reflect on our lives and seek inspiration. Led by various individuals in our global community, this personal and group experience is part of our distinct approach and we consider it a tool for creating lasting change.

We are all seeking direction in our lives, and iListen provides a safe and inclusive space where everyone has an opportunity to share what’s on their heart and mind, as well as receive encouragement from others. iListen is available in various parts of the world in the following languages:

What is iListen like?

During this 60-minute session, a brief welcome from the 'host' will start at the top of the hour, after which he/she will open the space with an inspiring input before the session moves to silent reflection for 7 – 10 minutes. What follows is a time when participants can share their thoughts or feelings, but only if they wish to.  

Join us in taking a moment to pause from life’s troubles and have this unique experience – all you need is an open heart and an open mind.
