Rajmohan Gandhi is currently a Research Professor at the Center for South Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA.

Jean Brown is British born married to an Australian and with two adult children. Their home is in South Australia, though for much of the past 5 years they have been based at Asia Plateau, the IofC centre in Panchgani, India. Of her 42 years spent working in a full time capacity with Initiatives of Change, 11 have been in India and 5 in the USA.

Antoine Jaulmes is an engineer from the Paris School of Mines (Paris Tech) later trained in business and finance at HEC Business School, Antoine Jaulmes has worked for 27 years with PSA Peugeot Citroën, holding various positions in production and R&D, ranging from cost controller to plant manager and project director - he was particularly happy to be involved in the launch of two new car assembly plants, one in France and one in Slovakia; he is now Director of the PSA-FIAT joint R&D Platform.
