Creators of Peace team in South Africa talking Peace Circles on the airwaves

Creators of Peace on the airwaves

Daily Kofifi community radio station situated in the suburb of Westbury, Johannesburg, touches on relevant topics that affect this suburb and its residents. For many years the community is known for its high unemployment rate, gangstarism, violence and substance abuse. Denise Msimango a Creators of Peace facilitator from Westbury and Portia Mosia were invited to  give a talk at Kofifi community radio station, addressing the topic “ what it means for them to move from unforgiving to forgiving’ and how Creators of Peace plays a role in their lives. The presentation was well received as a number of woman phoned wanting to talk and showed interest in participating during the future Peace Circle’s, which is being planned.
