North Rift Dialogue on Land & Security

A successful International Dialogue on Land and Security was held in Kabarnet, Baringo County [1], Kenya from the 12 – 15 April 2016. The Dialogue was organised by the Governments [2] of Baringo and Elgeyo Marakwet Counties, supported by six other counties (Nandi [3], Samburu, Trans-Nzoia, Turkana, Uasin Gishu [4] and West Pokot) and in partnership with IofC Kenya through the leadership and contributions from Joseph Karanja and Stephen Kimaru. The events significant implications, not only for the future of the North Rift, but for Kenya and the sub-region.
