Synopsis of the Program and Content: Many pre-nominated participants will be participating from various companies in this four days residential training programme, specially designed for Industry personnel. This programme is mainly for middle management officers and working staff & union representatives. Programme focuses on ways and means for effective living through personal changes and leadership one should exhibit for social causes.
