Who we are: Initiatives of Change (IofC) is a world-wide movement of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviour, starting with their own.

The visitors were welcomed at the Parliament of White Nile State with dancing by the Fellata community, who are of Nigerian Hausa origin

Purpose: We work to inspire, equip and connect people to address world needs, starting with themselves, in the areas of trustbuilding, ethical leadership and sustainable living.

Title of the programme: Ethics in Public Governance

Program to be held for: Officers of Dept. of Registration and Stamps, Maharashtra

Synopsis of the Program and Content: About 45 Participants from the Department will be attending five days residential training programme. The programme focuses on good governance for effective living through personal changes and leadership one should exhibit for social cause. The program contains interactive sessions, games, small group activities, early morning soul nurturing time and cultural evening.

Duration of program: 4 Nights 5 Days (07th to 11th March 2016)

Conference type: This program is conducted for the Officers of Dept. of Registration and Stamps, Maharashtra and hence participants are pre-nominated by the department.
