Who we are: Initiatives of Change (IofC) is a world-wide movement of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviour, starting with their own.

The visitors were welcomed at the Parliament of White Nile State with dancing by the Fellata community, who are of Nigerian Hausa origin

Purpose: We work to inspire, equip and connect people to address world needs, starting with themselves, in the areas of trustbuilding, ethical leadership and sustainable living.

Training of Trainers Workshop - Part 2, Nigeria

39 participants gather around the guests for a group photo A train-the-trainer workshop will be used to assist participants to develop and/or expand their skills to conduct effective trainings that are specifically related to the MRA/IofC model provided. This model will enable experienced trainers to show a less-experienced trainer how to deliver courses, workshops and seminars.
