Dearest Members of IofC Africa,

The Africa Coordination Group (ACG), in collaboration with IofC South Africa, is pleased to announce the commencement of the Training of Trainers (TOT) on the IofC Signature Programme, Trustbuilding Program — a collective action initiative that emerged from the All Africa Gathering held in Cairo, Egypt, in 2024.

The physical TOT session will run from 20th February to 1st March 2026 in Pretoria, South Africa. Participants representing IofC teams across Africa were nominated by their respective teams and shortlisted to take part in this important capacity-building workshop.

Following the in-person training, an online follow-up session will be conducted to consolidate learning outcomes and support the development of clear implementation plans. This will ensure that participating teams are well-prepared to effectively roll out the Signature Programme within their respective contexts.

The ACG, together with the IofC South Africa team and the planning committee, warmly welcomes all selected participants to Pretoria and wishes them a highly successful and impactful workshop.

We remain committed to providing timely updates on the progress of this initiative and trust that this collective effort will yield meaningful outcomes toward building a more peaceful and sustainable IofC Africa, and by extension, contributing positively to the African continent at large.
